Hello! I'm Pang

Hello, I'm Pang, the founder and driving force behind Pang Vang LLC. My journey in the beauty industry is a tapestry woven with passion, innovation, and a deep commitment to education. I am privileged to own and operate several ventures, including the Continued Beauty Education Academy, Crystal Eyes Studio, Glow by Pang Vang LLC—a premier non-invasive facial and body treatment studio—and JHADE, the evolved iteration of my original salon, Style & Grace.

In addition to managing these enterprises, I serve as a substitute instructor at the AVEDA Institute of Beauty & Wellness in both Downtown Milwaukee and Madison, where I share my expertise with the next generation of beauty professionals. My entrepreneurial spirit also led to the creation of Bloom Hair Solution, a plant-based hair growth product designed to foster healthy, vibrant hair.

With over 17 years in the industry, I have honed a specialization in color corrections and major transformations—not only in hair and skin but also in personal and professional development. Teaching and coaching are at the heart of what I do, as I find immense joy in imparting the knowledge I've accumulated and in guiding others to unlock their full potential. My approach is rooted in strategic thinking, always aiming to enhance both skillsets and business performance.
