Pang Vang LLC accepts Master Card, VISA, Discover, American Express, Cash, Venmo, Zelle, & in some product purchases Affirm & ShopUs. Facebook Pay, Pay Pal, & Care Credit is not accepted
Cancellation Policy
I have acknowledged that as a result in a No-Show or Giving less than a 24 hr cancellation may result in losing my deposit to the services that it may apply to. I understand that as a result in a No-Show I forfeit my appointment and am accountable for my absence. In the event you would like to reschedule your appointment, you may do so by giving us a call, any time up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Deposits are required and applied to cost of services once client/patient completes service. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in forfeiture of deposit and cannot be redeemed if appointment is rescheduled within 24 hrs of appointment time. A new deposit will be applied in order to reschedule. 

To ensure other clients are being served in a timely manner, It is Pang Vang LLC's policy to promote a safe and secure environment within the salon. Any no show on the part of clients which jeopardizes Pang's schedule will result in a ban of services provided by Pang to me.

Refund / Returns Policy
Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed.

Pang stands behind all it’s products including; L’ANZA, Redken, Matrix, Scwarzkof, Pravana, Maiblu, Scruples, & Wella. Should you find dissatisfaction with any of these products purchased with Pang, we will gladly apply the full value of the returned product to another product of your choice if returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
All Sales of hair brushes, hair accessories (clips, hair bands, etc.) are final. No returns and no exchanges.
Tools (blow dryers, flat irons, etc) may be returned within 30 days of purchase, providing they are in their original packaging, for exchange only.

​We want you to be 100% satisfied with your overall experience. We know that your hair is important to you and we want you to be happy from the moment you sit in our chair to the moment you leave our salon!. As professionals, we strive to communicate how important it is to take the most realistic and healthy approach to achieving your beauty goals! If you are not happy with your experience, we will make any necessary adjustments so you can leave our salon feeling amazing! After all, we are trying to build a long lasting relationship with you and be your trusted salon for life! If after your experience you are unhappy with your result, within reason, we are happy to make adjustments to your hair in the form of a redo service.
There are limitations to re-do services to protect all parties involved:
  • There are absolutely no refunds. Our goal is to build a long lasting relationship with you. Sometimes there are bumps in the road, however we would rather learn with you and make adjustments so we can give you the hair you want. Sometimes this takes time, but we are willing to be patient with you if you are patient and reasonable with us!
  • Your color is valid for a re-do up to 10 days after your service(s) was performed.
  • We will no longer be eligible for a re-do service if you or another stylist makes any changes to the hair.
  • In order to qualify for a re-do service you must invest in the recommended shampoo. With the purchase of any color safe shampoo from S&G your color service is 100% guaranteed. This does not include shampoos purchased from other retailers or salons.
  • The fee for redo color services is $15 per bowl of color required to make the adjustments.
  • If you are in the middle of a color correction process and there is box color present in the hair you will not be qualified for a redo service if the desired result is not achieved in one sitting (this will be explained during consultation so there will be no surprises if the desired goal is not achieved in one sitting). Additional toners, treatments and other necessary services will be priced (fairly) in each specific case.
